This policy applies to all Work Hour Monitor users and to all WHM services, including our apps, websites, features, and other services (collectively, the WHM). Please remember that your use of the WHM is also subject to our Terms of Service. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using any part of the WHM, you acknowledge you have been informed of and consent to our practices with regard to your personal information and data.
When you use the WHM platform, we collect the information you provide, usage information, and information about your device. We also collect information about you from other sources, like third-party services and optional programs in which you participate, which we may combine with other information we have about you. Here are the types of information we collect about you:
A. Information You Provide to Us
Account Registration. When you create an account with WHM, we collect the information you provide us, such as your name, email address, photo, physical address, and payment information. You may choose to share additional info with us during account registration.
Communications. When you contact us or we contact you, we collect any information that you provide, including the contents of the messages or attachments you send us.
Website Visitor Information. Like most website operators, WHM collects basic non-personally identifying information from website visitors of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available. This includes the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We collect this information to better understand how visitors use the website, to improve our website and experience for visitors, and to monitor the security of the website.
Device Information.
We collect information about the devices you use to access the WHM Platform, including device model, IP address, version of operating system, identity of carrier and manufacturer, radio type (such as 4G), preferences and settings (such as preferred language), application installations, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.
Usage Information.
We collect information about your use of the WHM Platform, including the time you started work, the time your finished work, tasks or projects worked on, names of applications used on your computer, websites visited, and screenshots of your desktop screen. We also collect information about your interactions with the WHM Platform, including the pages and content you view and the dates and times of your use.
The WHM desktop app records the number of keystrokes and mouse movements you make. It does NOT record where you click on the screen, and it does NOT record what you type. It is not a keystroke-logging application.
Cookies, Analytics, and Third Party Technologies. We collect information through the use of “cookies,” tracking pixels, data analytics tools like Google Analytics, SDKs, and other third-party technologies to understand how you navigate through the WHM Platform and interact with WHM advertisements. We use this information to learn what content is popular, to improve your site experience, and to save your preferences.
Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device; they are designed to store basic information and to help websites and apps recognize your browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be accessed every time you use the WHM Platform.
WHM visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers may set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the website. We use the information we collect to provide you the Services, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect us and our users. We do not sell, rent, trade or give away your personal information to any other organization.
We employ other companies to process credit cards, provide hosting, storage, virtual infrastructure, traffic analysis, sending email and other services on our behalf based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We share the minimum of information needed to provide the service and the providers do not have right to use that information beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
B. Your Company and Managers.The website and app usage information that we collect is shared with your company admin, your manager(s) as designated by your company admin, and yourself. Website and application monitoring is active for all users of the system when they are actively tracking time.
C. Upon Your Further Direction.With your permission or upon your direction, we may use your information to provide you better service or support.
We take all the measures required to protect our services and our users from unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. We have put in place industry standard physical and electronic enforcement mechanisms. All sensitive information transmission and storage are encrypted. Our websites are developed and regularly tested to withstand hacking attempts. The access to the sensitive data is restricted on need-to-know basis. Your data is stored in a secure location with access controls for authorized employees only.
While it has never happened to our services, if we become aware of any security breach that has a potential of disclosing your personal information, we will notify you within 48 hours and will share all incident-related information.
WHM-Tracker follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit our website. The information collected from log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We may update this policy from time to time as the WHM changes and privacy law evolves. If we update it, we will do so online, and if we make material changes, we will let you know through the WHM website or by some other method of communication, like email. When you use WHM, you are agreeing to the most recent terms of this policy.
Consent: - By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes and differences whatsoever arising in connection with these Terms shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
All proceedings shall be conducted in English or Hindi language only.
Unless the Parties agree on a sole arbitrator there shall be three Arbitrators, one to be selected by each of the parties, and the third to be selected by the two Arbitrators appointed by the parties.
The venue of Arbitration shall be in Rajasthan, India.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter of these Terms and supersedes all prior written and all prior or contemporaneous oral communications regarding such subject matter.
Accordingly, you should not rely on any representations or warranties that are not expressly set forth in these Terms. If any provision or provisions of these Terms shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
